Bluff Neighborhood Construction Report 12-7-14

Progress continues to be made in neighborhood construction projects, and a new one is getting under way.

204 N. Bayview

Roofing continues, and siding has been added on the other (south) side of the house.

308 N. Bayview

Work continues on the foundation for the front extension (porch?).

351 N. Summit

No change.

112 N. Summit

Brick work has begun, with one (north) side wall completed.

A front door has been installed. Fortunately it does not yet have a lock set, so I can continue to ponder the bewildering interior floor plan.

111 Magnolia Avenue

I haven’t had a chance to visit this location on foot—just spotted it driving past—but construction work appears to have begun at this site, the former location of the lovely home of Wayne and Anne Loudermilch, which was destroyed in a tragic fire in September 2008 and had been a cleared and empty lot ever since.
